Riley might as well be a Jaguar...it’s nice. But that’s basically twenty grand for an unregistered car...and I don’t think that’s an entirely good deal. If it was on club plates...no worries.

It claims to be registered in the state of Tasmania. However, it sits in the middle of Victoria.
Under Victorian law, it is considered unregistered if any car (registered in another state) resides at a Victorian address for longer than 6(?) weeks.
Same story in NSW...
